Lauren Glazer is an ICF certified executive coach and leadership development consultant based in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY. Leveraging over two decades of experience in team and brand building, working for and with companies of all stripes, from matrixed multinationals to nimble upstarts, and spanning industries from hospitality to healthcare, Lauren helps individuals, teams and organizations take their leadership to the next level. She is also the co-founder of MPower, a coaching program focused on flipping the script on menopause at work, helping women executives remain uninterrupted in their careers through (peri)menopause.
A proud member of the Yale College Class of 1994, Lauren is the first person in her family to graduate college. Lauren was born and raised in the Bronx, and her parents dreamed of sending her to one of the “Hill Schools” her father passed on his way to install glass and mirrors in homes and businesses in Riverdale. Lauren entered Horace Mann in 5th Grade (thanks, Mom and Dad), and went on to major in English and Theater Studies at Yale where she sang with Something Extra and Whim ‘n Rhythm and participated in numerous musical theater productions including Into the Woods, The Fantasticks and Evita.
While environmental action was not a focus of Lauren’s education or career, in 2023, she leapt at the opportunity to co-found the Yale College Class of 1994’s Climate Action group. 9Y4 Climate Action has since become a YBG Chapter, and Lauren is proud to serve on the YBG board as an ex-Officio member and liaison to class based chapters. When not saving corporate America from itself or advocating for the environment, Lauren can be found raising two daughters and three cats with her partner, and fronting an 80s cover band.
